I made this serving tray as a Christmas gift for my wife (a huge Star Wars fan and owner of GNKwares on Etsy).

Starting with a glue-up of maple, walnut, and padauk, I threw it on the CNC with a bowl bit and carved using this file.

After the perimeter cut, corner rounding, and a lot of sanding, it was ready for its mineral oil soak and drip dry, and butcher block conditioner finish.
